Swivel Tips

Swivel tips have a ball-jointed swivel head to compensate for misalignment, and to eliminate marking of the work surface for cosmetic welds.

Swivel tips are available in three styles:

• Blind Water Hole Type - low cost model where the cooling water does not make contact with the weld face
• Through Hole with O-Ring - the weld face is directly cooled and an o-ring seals the water inside the head
• Blind Hole with Ball and Spring - the spring loaded design keeps pressure on the swivel weld face for better positioning
