CMW NU TWIST Electrodes

NU-TWIST electrodes are designed for use with the NU-TWIST system. The electrodes have a flat bottom design which does not jam or deform under high weld pressures. Traditional RWMA tapers deform at high pressures and electrodes can get jammed under high forces damaging both the holder taper and the electrode taper.

The NU-TWIST electrodes have a groove design with allows for accurate placement of the electrode when the Adapter Nut is tightened. This also allows for easy and quick removel of electrodes.
