1100 Adjust-A-Pressure Holder

The 1100 Adust-A-Pressure Low Interia Holder is designed for projection welding or multiple spot welding. It is also used in indirect welding applications.

This Fast Follow Up Holder includes a spring which ensures the electrode maintains sufficient contact with workpiece when the projections collapse. If consistent pressure is not maintained with the workpiece when the projections collapse, there may be expulsion. This Low Inertia Fast Follow Up Holder uses a spring to keep the electrode in contact with the workpiece.

The part includes a weld cable for easy mounting on multi-spot welding machines. The part also has an interal water tube to ensure cooling water reaches the weld face.
