The Chameleon Max-Life Nut Weld Head is designed for use with both Chameleon Nut Welding Electrodes. The weld head is the working part of the Chameleon series and can be quickly replaced after excessive wear. It also gives the user the ability to modify the head of the part to fit the nut.

A refractory metal face is made of RWMA Class 11 (75% tungsten, 25% copper) (ASTM 702 C1D) is brazed onto the base material. This face is typically used for welding at higher pressure and heat common with projection welding.
