Insulated sleeve designed for use with Stud Welding Electrodes. The insulated sleeve protects the threads during the stud welding process by preventing arching. The sleeves are treated to 55 HRC for wear resistance and to extend the part's usefule life.
Aluminum part with a non-condutive annodized coating that extends the life of part in high volume, automated applications.
